Ask Neo” is the intelligent search function of the Wiki and provides quick access to relevant information. Through modern AI technology, Neo understands questions in natural language and generates precise, directly usable answers. The AI accesses all articles in the Wiki, regardless of their visibility settings. Users can specifically choose between an AI-generated answer and a classic article list. This allows information to be efficiently retrieved and work instructions targeted more effectively.

How it works

Users have the choice between two search methods:

  1. Classic Search – A list of relevant articles is displayed.

  2. Ask Neo – The AI processes the search request and generates an answer based on Wiki content.

To start a search, a question is typed in the search bar. Neo understands complete questions in natural language, for example: “How do I record a move?”

Initially, a list of matching articles appears. Users can either directly select an article or click “Ask Neo” to receive an AI-generated answer.

“Ask Neo” searches all articles in the Wiki, regardless of whether they are publicly accessible or only internally available. The most important information is summarized and presented as a comprehensible answer. If an article contains detailed instructions, these are structured and reproduced accurately.

Neo not only delivers a list of articles but formulates a complete answer based on the Wiki content. Neo accesses all articles, even if they are not publicly visible.

No search results?

If Neo cannot generate a suitable answer, the following alternatives are available:

  • Users can return to the classic article search.

  • The question can be reformulated or made more precise.

  • If a topic is not documented in the Wiki, Neo cannot generate an answer. Creating new content in the Wiki ensures that the information is available in the future.

Scope of Functionality

  • Neo only accesses the Wiki and does not search any other data sources.

  • If a topic is not documented, Neo cannot provide information.

  • The AI cannot draw independent conclusions, but is entirely based on existing Wiki content.
