The Partner Management is a simple CRM in Enneo allowing important business partner information to be centrally stored and managed. New partners can be added, existing data edited, and be used directly in tickets or emails.

Application areas

Partner management is ideal for communication with business partners who are frequently contacted, but are not direct customers. This includes, for example, market partners or sales partners. With quick access to all relevant information and email addresses directly from a ticket, work processes become significantly more efficient.

Creation

In the menu item Partner, new partners can be created or existing ones edited - similar to an address book. Clicking on “New Partner” opens the input screen, where all relevant information can be stored. Optionally, a URL can be stored with the partner, so external systems can be linked.

If you enter a partner’s name or email address in the recipient field, a list of suitable suggestions from the partner management appears. The desired partner can be adopted immediately.
