Access to Superset
Access to the analysis functions is controlled via the user setting “Data Availability”. Administrators can determine which users have access to the analysis functions and to what extent data is visible. Superset can then be accessed via the Enneo menu item “Analytics”. On the top bar, the different dashboards that have been created can be found in tabs.Creating Superset Evaluations Yourself
In the standard, Enneo offers a range of evaluations, which can however be expanded as desired. The data is always up to date. For this, you need to click on the “Editor” tab with an Enneo account that has full data availability rights. There, you have full access to all functions of Superset.Creating Diagrams

Data Updates
The data in Superset is updated regularly. The update intervals are:- Ticket data: every 5 minutes
- Message data: every 5 minutes
- Processing data: every 5 minutes
