System Integration

System integration refers to all technical connections whereby Enneo communicates with existing systems, uses relevant data, and can execute cross-system processes. This makes Enneo part of the existing system landscape and can support processing, automation, and information exchange in existing structures.

Contact Channels

Contact channels establish the connection between external customer inquiries and Enneo and transfer incoming messages into the ticket system. This creates the basis for processing and automation.

Customer Recognition

Customer recognition links incoming tickets with customer and contract data and enables a technically correct, context-related processing. These data become available through the connection of ERP or CRM systems.

Events and Webhooks

Events and webhooks transmit relevant events from Enneo to external systems so that processes can be stored there, further processed, or used to trigger their own actions.

User-Defined Code

User-defined code enables customer-specific logics and sequences that go beyond standard configurations and represent project-specific requirements.
