System integration encompasses all technical connections through which Enneo communicates with existing systems, utilizes relevant data, and can execute procedures across systems. This makes Enneo part of the existing system landscape and can support processing, automation, and information exchange in existing structures.

Contact Channels

Contact channels establish the connection between external customer inquiries and Enneo, transmitting incoming messages to the ticketing system. This forms the basis for processing and automation.

Customer Recognition

Customer recognition links incoming tickets with customer and contract data, enabling technically correct, context-related processing. Through the integration of ERP or CRM systems, this data becomes available.

Events and Webhooks

Events and webhooks transmit relevant events from Enneo to external systems, enabling procedures there to be stored, further processed, or used to trigger their own actions.

Custom Code

Custom code allows for customer-specific logics and processes that go beyond standardized configurations and reflect project-specific requirements.
