Customers are identified based on contract and/or customer number and email address. Further features can be integrated if required, e.g. the meter number.

Customer is uniquely identified:

  • The relationship between ticket and customer is marked green.

The customer’s name, customer number and contracts are correctly displayed.

The customer cannot be uniquely identified:

The relationship between ticket and customer is marked yellow.

  • Name, customer number and contracts are represented provisionally. A verification is necessary.

By clicking “Ok”, the suggestion is accepted and the relationship between the ticket and the customer is marked green.

By clicking “Check”, all links to the ticket can be removed or a new profile can be assigned.

The correct customer can be located and assigned with the subsequent search by name, email address, contract or customer number.

If no relationship can be established between the ticket and the customer, an “Unknown user” and a search field will be displayed.
