The Partner Management system is a simple CRM in Enneo that allows important information about business partners to be stored and managed centrally. New partners can be added, existing data edited, and directly used in tickets or emails.

Areas of Application

Partner Management is ideal for communication with business partners who are contacted regularly, but are not direct customers. This includes, for example, market partners or distribution partners. Quick access to all relevant information and email addresses directly from a ticket makes workflows much more efficient.

Creation

In the menu item “Partner”, new partners can be created or existing ones can be edited - similar to an address book. By clicking on “New Partner”, the input form opens to register all relevant information.

Optionally, a URL can be added to the partner’s profile to link external systems.

Access within the Ticket

If a partner’s name or email address is entered in the recipient field, a list of suitable suggestions from the Partner Management system appears. The desired partner can be directly selected.
